Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared IT Specialist to support a federal client of ours onsite in Kings Bay, GA.

This role is on a 4 year program providing IT support to the local bases across the United States.


The day to day includes:

• Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting
• Diagnosing computer and laptop issues
• Printer and related hardware resets
• User account support
• Customer service
• Working through trouble tickets

Skills and Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• 4+ years of IT experience
• Security+ Certification
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting null
