Luminary Group is partnered with a leading Real World Evidence company that specializes in providing innovative solutions to the healthcare industry.

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to support their growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Real World Evidence solutions, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand visibility.
Create targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and content marketing.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, presentations, case studies, and product documentation.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiate offerings.
Manage resource allocation to ensure effective marketing initiatives.
Track and measure campaign performance using relevant analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing to drive innovation and creativity.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare marketing and understanding of Real World Evidence concepts and solutions.
Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and leverage data to inform marketing decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
