Description
Rogue Valley Manor, Southern Oregon's premier upscale senior living community, is seeking an experienced Dining Services Director with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management of fine dining, hotel, country club, senior living or other hospitality settings to lead our dining services team in our fine-dining restaurants, upscale casual Bistro, and catering program. This position is based full-time out of Medford, OR.
We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community. At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best hospitality the Southern Oregon area has to offer, so our residents don't need to leave home for an incredible restaurant experience. As a Director at our community, you'll gain access to a network of industry professionals and residents with vast knowledge and experience across many disciplines. We take pride in investing in our people and want a leader who focuses on helping others develop their potential through career planning, training and development. We're focused on setting you up for success - proven experience in operational management of food and beverage programs will allow you to manage what really matters – providing top tier service to both our residents and your team.
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 / yr Depending on Experience
