    Job Description:
    The Quality Manager will report directly to the VP of Operations.

    In this role, you will oversee all aspects of quality directly or in a supervisory capacity for our global team.

    You will have ownership and oversight of the safety program, quality management system, quality control, supplier quality, continuous improvement, non-conformances, and quality audits (internal and external).

    You will collaborate closely with leaders throughout the business to understand critical quality issues and work to quickly resolve those issues.

    To succeed in this role, you will utilize both your technical and quality management expertise to solve some of our most challenging business priorities.

    You will be a leader, strong team player, and actively run to problems to solve both customer and business challenges.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities
    • Quality Manager:Be the subject matter expert for related quality systems, internal processes, validation methodology to apply continuous improvements with the goal of increasing quality, efficiency, and throughput, as well as reducing costManage, create, and implement a global Quality Management SystemCommunicate with external quality assurance partners (customers and 3rd parties) and maintain successful 3rd party audits.
    Maintain Quality Management System/StandardsManage non-conformances (both Quality and Safety) and the closure of CA/PA'sDevelop business level procedures and maintain the business continuity planRegularly collect, analyze and report quality data and suggest actions to leadershipEnsure production and development conforms to current statutory and regulatory requirements

    Required Competencies:

    Intimate knowledge of ISO9001 and the certification processSolid understanding of Industrial OEM processesWorks well in teams, including a sense of urgency and commitment to deadlines.

    Passion for continuous improvement and internal and external customer satisfactionSelf-motivated individual who uses data and critical thinking to make decisions.


    Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPosition Requirements:
    BS degree (preferably in STEM field)>5 years of demonstrated experience in a Quality or related role>2 years of direct supervisory experience

    Desired Competencies:

    Certified ISO9001 Lead AuditorCertified in Lean, Six Sigma, or RCA methodologiesStrong understanding of OSHA guidelines and reportingExperience with operations and manufacturing processesExperience with ASME and APIExperience with Ex Compliance (ISO/IEC and associated standards organizations (e.g., PED, IECEx, ATEX, EN) and notified bodies (e.g.

    , UL, FM, CSA, CML, MET)

    Experience with RoHS, REACH, and CE compliance for EU Standards and DirectivesCompensation:
    Base salary $105,000 - $125,000, DOECompetitive benefits package including medical, dental, life, disability and 401(K)
