    The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
    Holman Lincoln has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Service Advisor to join their team and the Holman Family
    Job Duties:
    • Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous and effective service
    • Interact with customers via phone or in person to determine service needs and prioritize required services
    • Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products
    • Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
    • Provide administrative support to Service Advisors
    • Follow up with all service customers when their assigned advisor is absent
    • Continue to train alongside experienced advisors to gain knowledge of skills needed to become a successful advisor
    • Complete and maintain all company and dealer training requirements for the advisor position
    Education and/or Training:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work within a team
    • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
    Relevant Work Experience:
    • 2+ years' experience in administrative services or related fields

    Benefits:
    Regular Full-Time

    Temporary or Part-Time

    Pay:
    We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $ $29.94 USD per hour.
