Hybrid - In the office 3 days a weekLength of Contract:

6 monthsWaltham, MADay to day activitiesParticipate in requirements gathering, definition and testing / validation of new CAD, PLM, and Engineering Processes / Functionality.

Provide mentoring and daily support of Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, CATIA 3DX and change management processesEstablish and document best practices to enable teams to function efficientlyWork with software vendors and application product teams to enable issues resolution and enhancementsMonitor and track support request in a service desk application

Desired skillsMinimum 5 years using 3DExperience PlatformWorking knowledge of Enovia Lifecycle Management and Change ManagementMechanical Design background using CATIA V5/V6Proficiency in creating presentations and technical/training documentation.

Experience working in a customer service type role is required.

Superb verbal and written skills as well as 'soft skills'.Working in or having worked in a manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or DoD environment will be strongly considered.
