    Summary



    This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer.     Duties

    • You will plan, organize, and perform work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Housing Program.
    • You will process requests for permanent and temporary quarters.
    • You will provide oversight to maintenance, property management, and service contracts.
    • You will conduct joint tenant-management inspections of quarters to evaluate cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability of the unit, furnishings, equipment, and facilities.
    • You will follow up on customer complaints and housing deficiencies to ensure corrective actions are taken.
    • You will compile data for reports on housing deficiencies requiring new construction, renovation, modernization, or other corrective improvements.
