- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral strengths and areas of need in young children.
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings.
- Implement behavior strategies and provide ongoing support to children, families, and caregivers.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure consistency in interventions across settings.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to intervention plans as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, or related field required
- Experience working with young children in educational or clinical settings.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Specialist Consultant to work with children aged three to five years old.
