Caulker/Opportunity for Higher Prevailing Wages
Indianapolis, IN and#149; On-site

$19 - $30/hr


Role and Responsibilities
Gather supplies and equipment for caulking projects
Clean, scrape, sand and prepare surfaces for caulking
Apply sealants and adhesives to seal against water, air, dust and other elements, helping to ensure the safety and security of commercial facilities
Makes minor repairs and patches cracks
Monitor caulking projects to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain professional and regular communication with customers
Attend job training activities


Requirements
Experience in caulking, drywall, and insulation knowledge a plus
Experience in drywall installation, construction, carpentry, plumbing and welding
Must provide own tools
Experience in customer service and working with the public
Must be self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently and efficiently
Professional appearance
Knowledge of computer software (Word, Excel and Email)
Travel Required - 10 days gone, 4 days home.
