Our Marketing Intern becomes familar with and participates in Avondale Dealerships marketing processes with the goal of understanding how our processes help create elevated client experiences. The marketing intern will spend their time working with the marketing team to support various projects, deliverables and provide general support to the team.

Responsibilities:

Participates in weekly status meetings with Avondale agency partners

Executes monthly website audits across for all Avondale websites following compliance guidelines and step by step process

Competitive site research for best practices and new ideas

Receives monthly specials for sales and service for each brand and implements on websites and within service marketing

Assists with submitting monthly co-op for specific manufactures

Assist events team in setting up and executing dealership marketing events

Reviews manufacturer marketing plans and assists with updating as needed

Develops and edits assets for marketing materials in Canva

Asana management for weekly team meetings, sending out detailed recaps to the team

Qualifications:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Enrolled in a College or University with the goal of obtaining a Bachelors degree.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)
None required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
