    Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Elementary Case Load

    Position Overview:
    We are currently seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with elementary school students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children in an educational setting and possess strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each student.
    • Provide evidence-based therapy services to students with speech and language disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication challenges.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support students' academic and social-emotional development.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement appropriate interventions.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessment results, treatment plans, progress notes, and IEP goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
    • New Jersey state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Experience working with elementary school-aged children.
    • Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other members of the school team.
    • Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to students.
