    Design Your Future at PVHManager, Visual Merchandising Production - Calvin KleinManage the production process for 2D initiatives (such as signage/lightbox rollouts and store amplifications) for all Calvin Klein and licensee brands in our Wholesale locations

    Responsibilities:
    Manage 2D production for North America store roll outs to ensure quality standards, budgets, and timing are met
    Provide distribution and mechanical files for production
    Support seasonal campaign rollouts via rendering and versioning
    Drive proof approval process with vendors
    Connect with vendors daily for production details, budgets and timelines
    Provide support of installation where needed and attend overnight/early AM installs as needed
    Partner with North America/Global Marketing and Sales on 2D strategy and timelines in order to create distribution lists for vendors
    Manage communication with wholesale partners for approval of imagery and uploading of video content
    Communicate to the field visual managers and district managers project details, schedules, and logistics
    Partner with VM team on showroom graphic needs
    Build production timeline to ensure on time delivery of all assets
    Provide support of installation of graphics, windows and pop-ups, manage the quality control of installation and fabrication
    Assist bidding and vendor selection process in partnership with procurement
    Expand portfolio of third-party vendors and learn their capabilities
    Research and develop new and innovative production techniques with focus on sustainability
    Updates and maintains marketing library
    Handle field requests and ordering signage
    Handle digital filing/archives of all marketing and project information
    Conducts competitive research to ensure brand relevancy and guarantee innovation

    Qualifications:
    Minimum 5 years' experience in Visual Production and Creative Project Management experience
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
    2D Production and Installation Experience with premium product
    Demonstrated knowledge of materials and innovative production techniques and ability to continue research on innovative methods
    Ability to anticipate potential issues at an early stage and proactively solve
    Ability to collaborate with corporate partners and outside vendors with excellent communication skills and able to maintain good vendor relationship
    Experience or knowledge of retail schedules
    Experience in streamlining processes that result in reduced lead times
    Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with short timelines
    Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Possess a strong curiosity about retail environments, production, interior design, and new technologies
    Highly experienced in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Suite
    Knowledge of Sketchup/Layout
    Some travel required
    Lifting required

    Pay Range:
    $85,000 - $105,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
