- Set up and operate machinery to manufacture complex products.
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance and maintain proper adjustment of machinery.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and notify Inventory Control of low levels or defective materials.
- Regularly review and remain current on Operating Procedures, Quality Procedures and
- Maintain a clean and safe working area using LEAN Manufacturing principals
- Work in a Team environment
- Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)
- Understanding of production procedures, manufacturing specifications, etc.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)

We are now hiring for a Machine Operator for a Manufacturing Company in San Marcos, TX. This position is a DIRECT HIRE Please submit your resume to this posting and call our office atPay: $18.25 Base pay + $1.00 differential for 2nd shift
Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm (Will be training on 1st shift for the first few weeks, MUST be OK with working 6:00am-2:30pm during training)
