    Key Responsibilities:



    • To accurately read water meters and record consumption data, ensuring thoroughness in all activities.

    • Maintain meter boxes by cleaning sand and debris from the box and removing vegetation to access the meter box.

    • Cycle through established routes on foot or via vehicle to obtain accurate readings of meter dials.

    • Document any issues encountered during these tasks, including damage to equipment, obstructions, leaks, wildlife presence etc., for prompt reporting to billing teams.



    Required Skills & Qualifications



    This role requires manual labor with frequent interaction with people. The individual will need physical stamina for prolonged outdoor work while maintaining safety protocols at all times. Basic knowledge of operation procedures is essential along with well-honed time management skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
