    Job Summary

    Cloud Contents is a leading disaster restoration company seeking a Customer Service Representative for our growing Communication Center Department. We strive to create a win/win situation with our team members, fostering growth and development on multiple levels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Answer and direct incoming calls
    • Take new loss information and prioritize new losses
    • Schedule service crew appointments as needed and perform follow-up tasks
    • Process billing and collections, including filing in small claims court as necessary

    About the Role

    This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm or until completed. The successful candidate will receive hourly and commission pay based on performance, as well as benefits such as paid medical and vision, dental, and 401K with a 3.5% match.
