We are currently in need of a Full Time Home Health Physical Therapist

for our Racine and Kenosha County territories.

SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $7,000, PAID IN INSTALLMENTS

Our clients reside in assisted living facilities, their private home, or wherever home may be. We bring the care to them.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Excellent communication skills with clients, families, doctors, facility staff, and co workers

  
  

• Love working with the geriatric population

  
  

• Ability to work independently

  
  

• Good organization and time management skills are also critical

  
  

As a home health therapist, you will be spending time in your car, and you will have a level of autonomy in scheduling your visits. Charting is done electronically. Our goal is for the majority of all charting to be done at bedside to allow you a work/life balance. HomeCare HomeBase is our electronic medical records system.
