Job summary
Ensures the safety and compliance of fire protection systems at Palisades Nuclear Plant by providing expertise in fire protection engineering, maintaining code compliance, and supporting operational readiness through effective design, testing, and maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems.
Responsibilities
- Provides expertise in fire protection codes and programs
- Prepares for and supports NRC/INPO pre-operational inspections related to fire protection systems. ,
- Monitors ,and evaluates the performance of fire detection ,and suppression systesm throgh testing ,and analysis.
- Reviews desing field changes for accuracy impact on fie prottection programm adequacy off functional testung .
