The Role at a Glance As a Facilities Director you will provide leadership and direction to ensure group results and will direct a team that provides facilities management services and support What You ll Be Doing Directing the facilities operations for repair & maintenance of all technical systems Identifying recommending and implementing solutions to create maintain safe functional secure clean efficient economical orderly facilities operations Directing workplace space design planning Ensuring thorough evaluation corporate security safety programs comply OSHA standards city codes Planning directing construction projects facilities services operations Ensuring compliant Federal State Local codes regulations life safety OSHA EPA Fire safety Also ensuring Lincoln Financial Group policies procedures being followed Developing managing facility operational expense capital budgets recommending long-range plans equipment capital expenditures Developing emergency evacuation plans for facilities Developing metric reports pertaining to maintenance operations goals Providing training development opportunities including stretch assignments team members giving honest open feedback aid talent directing evaluating individual/team performance taking appropriate action meet exceed performance standards Establishing implementing priorities performance goals objectives ensure group results Directing providing leadership continually improve capability results Ensuring top talent hired retained Building organizational capability
