- Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify suitable patients for admission to the Behavioral Health Unit.
- Conduct crisis assessments as part of your essential job functions.
- A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field, coupled with experience in Behavioral Health and Psychiatry.
- Current licensure for independent practice in the relevant state (LMFT, LPC, MSW, LSW, LCSW preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in a psychiatric setting, with a preference for expertise in crisis counseling and evaluations.
