    JOB STATEMENT:

    The Village is currently in search of a Marketing Specialist who is passionate about making a positive impact on the individuals and communities we serve through behavioral health services.

    As a non-profit organization, we aim to raise awareness, provide support, and advocate for better behavioral well-being. We place great importance on marketing as a powerful tool to spread our message, encourage engagement, and, of course, have fun

    Job Duties / Responsibilities


    Manage The Village's social media strategy, including ideation, content creation/curation, editorial calendar planning, scheduling, moderating channels, engaging with and responding to users, and analytics reporting.

    Produce highly engaging content that can be used across a variety of platforms, including but not limited to blogs, articles, videos, and visual presentations/graphics, to tell The Village's story, share its mission, and raise public awareness for the organization.

    Develop creative ideas to grow online audience size, reach, and engagement.
    Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.
    Support web design and updates to promote search engine optimization and drive online traffic.
    Update and maintain accuracy of Village's third-party online presence (e.g., Google Business Listings, Bing listings, Apple Maps).
    Implement marketing campaigns for various Village programs and services.
    Assist with appeals and special events, such as Giving Hearts Day and Bowl for Kids' Sake.

    Assist in development of organization's annual report, as well as creation and execution of other digital and traditional communication materials and campaigns.

    Keep current on industry technology, tools, trends, and best practices.
    Adhere to organizational values, strategic goals, and brand standards.
    Participate in department initiatives and projects.
    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Job Qualifications/Requirements

    College degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or equivalent experience.


    Two to five years of professional communications experience, including social media management and content creation; photo, video, and graphic design skills are a plus.

    Proficient in social media platforms, design/editing software such as Adobe or Canva, and office technology.

    Salary Range - $50,000 - $55,000 DOE
