    What You'll Get to Do:

  • Responsible for designing, developing, and creating innovative JavaScript templates to be used for the training developed under the Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning effort for the Fire Controlman Aegis (FCA) courses. Responsible for developing complex interactive content pages for use in a Learning Content Management System (MELD). Works closely with training analysts and instructional designers to identify design requirements. Also perform testing of complex media simulations.
  • Responsible for developing, coordinating and executing the testing program and procedures for initial and delivery testing for virtual simulations in support of the training requirements.
  • More About the Role:

  • Review Government Furnished Information.
  • Review all design requirements from Government provided GFI.
  • Create templates for MELD LCMS.
  • Establish and manage software testing procedures for virtual simulations in accordance with government requirements.
  • Develop software testing procedures for government review and execution of testing events.
  • Conduct internal software testing and provide feedback to developers.
  • Coordinate with government engineers to conduct test events and capture/document test results.
  • Work in a fast, dynamic environment.
  • You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • BS degree and 5-7 years' related work experience.
  • Expertise with JavaScript.
  • Prior experience working with a training team developing complex code.
  • Knowledge of C#, Object Oriented programming.
  • Experience with Visual Studio.
  • Experience with API development.
  • Experience with software testing procedures, Integrated and Delivery testing events.
  • Experience with documenting test results and coordinating results to the government and developers.
  • Experience with memory allocation and space optimization.
  • These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Secret-level security clearance.
  • Have experience with
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.
  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • General understanding of SCORM and Learning Management Systems.
