- 15+ years of experience as a USG, DOD, or Combatant Command Policy Analyst for military operations
- Experience with conducting research, analysis, and contributing to the shaping and coordination of strategy for military operations
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Experience with the Joint Strategic Planning System (JSPS), the Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR), the Unified Command Plan (UCP), the Chairman's Readiness System, and other strategic-level documents
- Experience working in OSD, DoD, Service or Joint planning staffs
- Experience with developing Strategy with a future focus that guides activities of an organization and incorporates the vision and long-term goals of leadership
- Experience working with senior military staff
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
