- Oversee technical design and delivery of vendor solutions for Medicaid programs
- Ensure vendor solutions adhere to enterprise architecture, governance, and industry standards
- Collaborate on implementation, legacy system transitions, technical documentation, and integration
- Analyze industry trends and assess their impact on service requests and proposals
- Lead and advise on topics like vendor solution deployment, technical reviews, and cutover planning
- Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve problems with service providers
- Facilitate technical meetings with clients and vendors
- Manage project deadlines and deliverables with a focus on efficiency and results
- 5+ years of experience in Medicaid technology (MMIS experience a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in technical architecture design and implementation
- Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Health & Human Services (HHS) and Medicaid domains (Recipient, Provider)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills

Client is looking for a MMIS Architect with 5+ years of experience in Technical Architecture design and implementation, managing large, cross-functions teams and projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. 5+ Years Health & Human Services (HHS) experience. Should be fully conversant in various domains of Medicaid such as Recipient, Provider. Minimum of 5+ years of Medicaid technology experience including MMIS experience at a solution architect level.
