    Essential Job Functions:
    1. Collaborates with the Division Director of the award.

    2. Works closely with the recruitment and retention group and study sites. Develops recruitment and marketing processes and campaigns.

    3. Assists in organizing group meetings with the clinical trials team and recruitment team.

    4. Develops project timelines and monitors study team progress.

    5. Writes programmatic reports for the director under multiple projects.

    6. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

    2. Conducts communication with participants, including maintaining updated lists and contact information and responding to daily inquiries.

    Knowledge:

    Physical Requirements:

    Required Certifications/Licensures:

    Required Education:
    High School Diploma or Equivalent Major (if required):

    Required Experience:
    High School Diploma or Equivalent and five (5) years experience in a related field.


    • OR
    Associates Degree and three (3) years experience in a related field.


    • OR
    Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year experience in related field.

    Preferred Qualifications: 1. Familiarity with organizational accounts' use of social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn, and account-management tools.

    2. Familiarity with project management and plotting tools.

    3. Analytical skills to evaluate information, practices and procedures, formulate logical and objective conclusions and make recommendations for effective solutions.

    4.

    Willing to learn federal & state regulations, GCP guidelines, HIPAA, institutional policies, and SOPs for conduct of human subject's research.
