    Job Description

    SNI Companies is seeking a Service Writer in the Orlando area for a Transportation company we work closely with.

    This opportunity is contract to hire.

    Fulltime


    Job Includes:

    • Answering and directing calls appropriately
    • Greet customers as they bring their unit in and gather customer and unit information to start a repair order
    • Add unit info into system and notify service manager that the unit is here and when it needs to be returned by
    • Complete all payment and invoice tasks
    • Work with technicians to make sure scheduling is correct for units coming in
