- Deep Dive at Gemba on all aspects of Dynamic Kanban program in Wood Dale.
- Benchmark Videojet Wood Dale current state with other Veralto Opcos and Videojet Locations.
- Develop standard work to implement "Dynamic Kanban University" at the Wood Dale site.
- Conduct analyses of current Dynamic Kanban program and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Creation of Dynamic Kanban training documents and curriculum for onboarding new operations associates
- Creation of tiered practitioner refresher training for basic, intermediate, and advanced users of Dynamic Kanban
- Facilitate at least one training session to Wood Dale Associates
- Create sustainment Standard Work on Kanban University deployment, participation, and certification
- Conduct analysis on current Dynamic Kanban sizing parameters and provide recommendation for optimization using Supply Chain 360 forecasts
- Participate in one operations/supply chain focused Kaizen
- Final presentation report-out to key operations stakeholders
