    Description

    The project scope includes:

    • Deep Dive at Gemba on all aspects of Dynamic Kanban program in Wood Dale.
    • Benchmark Videojet Wood Dale current state with other Veralto Opcos and Videojet Locations.
    • Develop standard work to implement "Dynamic Kanban University" at the Wood Dale site.
    • Conduct analyses of current Dynamic Kanban program and identify opportunities for improvement.

    The main project deliverables are:

    • Creation of Dynamic Kanban training documents and curriculum for onboarding new operations associates
    • Creation of tiered practitioner refresher training for basic, intermediate, and advanced users of Dynamic Kanban
    • Facilitate at least one training session to Wood Dale Associates
    • Create sustainment Standard Work on Kanban University deployment, participation, and certification
    • Conduct analysis on current Dynamic Kanban sizing parameters and provide recommendation for optimization using Supply Chain 360 forecasts
    • Participate in one operations/supply chain focused Kaizen
    • Final presentation report-out to key operations stakeholders
