The HR Payroll Specialist works collaboratively with the Human Resources to complete the daily functions of the Department including but not limited to employee pay compensation adjustments payroll postings attendance tracking recordkeeping employee relations and supporting company policies and practices The job duties include providing professional payroll support in various areas employment employee relations compensation training maintaining ADP and CDK with personnel information accurate payroll records processing payroll paperwork recording changes accurately in systems salary increases auditing timecards weekly ensuring accuracy preparing pay ensuring employees are paid on time correctly monitoring garnishment orders handling employee complaints about incorrect payments resolving discrepancies keeping abreast existing new employee relations laws policies assuring clarity interpretation compliance all laws regulations governing payroll working leadership team promoting corporate values culture checking timesheets accuracy entering data databases spreadsheets handling direct deposit requests data processing wage garnishments acquiring necessary signatures distribute payroll performing other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
