    Job Title:
    Senior Quality EngineerLocation: Raymond, OH

    Pay Rate:
    $90,000 - $115,000 annual salary, based on experienceWorkstyle: HybridMarket Quality (MQ) technical leaders are able to meet prescribed department performance measures and targets, monitors progress and implements countermeasures when necessary to ensure department results.
    Conduct QIS/QIC technical reviews and support summary development.
    Support Senior Tech Leaders with Market Action promotion.

    (market risk, AH/Legal discussions, presentation material preparation)Develop team members through technical leadership and mentoring related to analysis skills and methodology of problem investigations and countermeasure promotion.

    Lead Critical Item activity by assessing risk and promoting items to the Critical Problem Management UnitSupport A-Rank claim/binning/pre
    • DAS/DAS activity.
    Job Requirements10- 12 years of Quality engineering experience, based on amount of education.

    Denso group (electronics) experienceStrong experience in ElectronicsLeadership experience highly desiredAssociate or bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, electrical technology, mechanical engineering, or relevant and strongly related work experience.

    Analytical, communication, reporting skills; vehicle/job process knowledge.
    Local travel between plants/buildings on Ohio's campuses will be required.

    Travel to various dealerships and/or suppliers within North America is expected to occur at various times throughout agiven year (problem investigation specific purposes)Expected 2-8 hours overtime per week as needed.

    Hands-on, inside vehicle work is expected. Test lab work and test shop work is typically 50% of time while on-site at NAQC/AEP building.
