    The Industrial Maintenance Technician/Millwright pay range is $32.00 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, and a 4% 401k match with immediate vesting.

    This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with their hands who has a strong mechanical and electrical background.

    What you'll do as an Industrial Maintenance Technician/Millwright:

    • Act as the front line response for any machine issues, including troubleshooting and diagnostics on all factory equipment including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Locate sources of problems by observing machinery in operation and listening for problems.
    • Work closely with the Director of Manufacturing to determine current and future equipment needs.
    • Plan, schedule, and perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment used in sheet metal fabrication and heater assembly including conveyors, forklifts, gearboxes, warehouse racking, and pneumatic or hydraulic systems.
    • Regularly inspect and monitor machinery, tools, and equipment for operation or safety concerns.
    • Examine, test, and repair machinery, equipment, or components as needed.
    • Use a computer to track service needs and completed repairs, document equipment problems, and manage planned maintenance program.
    • Install new equipment as needed, ensuring it is production ready and meets all safety guidelines.
    • Complete various welding, fabrication, and machine calibration projects.
    • Work with machine shop tools including mill, lathe, drill press, welding, and cutting equipment.
    • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building structures, grounds, and systems.
    • Support general plant and office maintenance efforts including painting, carpentry, electrical, or plumbing projects and repairs as time allows or needs require.
    • Be on-time for every scheduled shift. At least 5 years' experience installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery.
    • At least 2 years' experience in welding and metal fabrication.
    • Previous experience or working knowledge of CNC punching machines, forming presses, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
    • Technical training/certification preferred, but not required.
    • Strong mechanical, electrical, and machine shop skills.
    • Ability to create drawings (paper or digital) of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
    • Current forklift certification preferred, but not required.
    Starting pay is based on relevant experience, education, and training as well as market and business considerations.
