HVAC Data Center Project Manager - Milwaukee

Responsibilities
- Lead large complex multi-million dollar Controls construction projects in data centers throughout the U.S.
- Work with Owner and contractor sales managers branch installation managers and teams as needed to provide sales support activities early in the TAS development process offering recommendations on strategy vendorpartner selection scope enhancements value engineering risk assessment etc.
- Maintain positive cash flow actively pursue selling change orders ensure that assigned data center projects are completed accurately on-time billed within budgetand within the scope ofthe contract.
