A health services network in New York City is currently seeking a new Senior IT Sourcing Specialist for a promising opportunity with their growing staff. In this role, the Senior IT Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for IT sourcing from start to finish, using an established RFP process.

***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 2 days a week.***

Responsibilities:

The Senior IT Sourcing Specialist will:

• Handle all aspects of the RFP process, from start to finish for the following areas: infrastructure, software, hardware, and IT professional services
• Organize and research information on potential vendors
• Communicate and negotiate with potential vendors
• Use established templates and procedures to effectively source products and services
• Perform other duties, as needed

• 3+ years of experience in a Sourcing role, with at least 1 year of experience in a role focused in IT Sourcing
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• High School Diploma / GED
• Computer savvy
• Microsoft Excel proficient
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
