Description

Support project manager's division throughout the duration of the project under their supervision
Learn and study project management procedures and practices to better assist the team
Assist project management from acquisition of contract through close-out (such as RFI's, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close-out docs)
Track, receive, review, forward, and distribute submittal's responses to APM and above
Assist in management of project permit process
Update construction schedule based on project team input
Track and inspect material deliveries
Assist in preparation of contract items list
Assist in project close-out
Assist in monitoring field work per project and keep them informed of any changes per project
Assist to ensure that subcontractors understand scope of work and schedules
Create PO forms and send them to vendors as necessary
Prepare for project's handover meetings
Schedule and record meeting minutes from the weekly PM meetings
