    • Assist on the sales acquisition target;
    • Handle processing the acquired vendors by city manager in the system;
    • Other ad hoc as assigned by the line manager.

    Our team requires someone to identify and terminate zombie accounts within our system. This involves ensuring that all active vendor accounts are up-to-date and accurately reflected in our records.

    We are also looking for someone to assist with our sales acquisition targets. This includes working closely with our city managers to acquire new vendors and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

    In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling the processing of acquired vendors by our city managers in the system. This includes verifying the accuracy of vendor information and making any necessary updates.

    The ideal candidate will also be able to handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned by their line manager.

    Qualifications

    • Motivated Fresh Graduates are welcome.
    • Degree in business management or related field.
    • Computer / IT literacy with basic use of email, MS Office & Google Suite.
    • Demonstrated skills in problem solving, communication & negotiation, and customer service.
    • Decent knowledge of the online food ordering market or knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model is an advantage.

    To be successful in this role, you should have a strong academic background, preferably in business management or a related field. A degree in computer science or IT would also be beneficial.

    You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in customer service and negotiation. Familiarity with the online food ordering market and the foodpanda business model would be an advantage.

    A fresh graduate with a strong motivation to learn and grow with our company would be preferred.
