    Description
    Oakwood Gardens Care Center is looking for caring and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Team

    The Company:
    Oakwood Gardens Care Center, Medicare-certified, short-term rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Home located in Fresno, California.
    At Bakersfield Post Acute, caring is our main concern.

    Shift Times:
    PRN/PART-Time

    Minimum Requirements:
    Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program with BS, MS, or DPTMaintain current CEU's as required by state licensureActive Physical Therapy License in state where services are renderedDemonstrated clinical competenceCritical thinking and sound judgementWork well under supervision and with a teamPT

    Job Duties:
    Evaluate patients and develop an appropriate treatment plan to maintain functional mobility, provide treatment and document daily, work closely with clinical and rehab team, etc

    Qualifications:
    Current physical therapist assistant license in State of CaliforniaCurrent annual BLS certificateMust have variety of problem solving skillsExcellent communications skills with internal and external customersMedical specialties:GeriatricsPhysical setting:InpatientLong term careNursing homeRehabilitation center
