    FLDIRECT REPORTING:

    Senior EHS & Facilities ManagerThe Plant Electrician will serve as a general maintenance technician providing operation and general facilities support activities as directed by team lead or supervisor.

    The Maintenance Tech will conduct primary lineside preventative maintenance activities in support of a larger facility wide preventative maintenance program.

    Tech will be tasked with general facility support actions similar in nature to removal and/or exchange of bins, fluids, chips, etc.

    The Tech will take direction from Team lead and support both internal and outside hired contract services group, providing required onsite technical guidancePrincipal ActivitiesTake instruction from the team leader and execute work ordersKeep track of time against each work order and enter into Q sentryUtilize powered industrial equipmentDispose of Hazardous Material in accordance with OSHA standardsUtilize a coolant refractometer to measure the percentages of coolantEmpty shavings from machine operationClean, oil, and perform light periodic maintenance on machinesPaint using epoxy, oil, and latex based paintsGeneral facility maintenance such as custodial managementAll other duties and tasks as assigned by managementCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesBasic Electrical principles knowledgeBasic Mechanical knowledgePower industrial truck certifiedEducation &ExperienceHS Diploma/GED or equivalent2+ years Industrial Maintenance experience with PLCs, electrical (AC & DC), CNC and Manual MachinesARC Flash certification highly preferredOSHA 10-hour preferredOtherU.S.
