    RFOR has a new CEO with a proven record of profitable mill operating performance. We recently emerged from a restructuring with a new investment to continue scaling our operation. This means a highly motivated leadership team and new high-quality products available into new markets. We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead this exciting growth initiative.
    Role Description
    As director of sales, you are the face of our company with our customers. You will report directly to the CEO.

    Your mission is to leverage our growing portfolio of premium and commodity products to deliver a profitable return on our newly acquired invested capital.

    This is a rare, once in a career opportunity to build a profitable portfolio of customers for new products in new markets.

    Responsibilities
    Build a ramp-to-market sales strategy during mill startup.

    Sell the output of the mill to the most profitable end use at full scale production capacity in excess of >100 MMBF of production.

    Build a high performing, highly efficient sales team.

    Serve on the executive leadership team to optimize mill profitability and build a cohesive operation from raw material to the customer experience.

    Key metrics - profitability (net margin), inventory on-ground.
    Qualifications
    10 years industry experience in sales - preferred.
    Pine boards knowledge and experience - manufacturing or distribution sales - preferred.
    Sales management experience or demonstrable emerging leadership capabilities
    Use and can teach a systematic sales method (Miller Heiman, other, or self developed).
    Data driven and tech-forward - can configure and teach tech tools used for selling (Excel, Hubspot, or other similar)
    Regional/AZ/CA relationships with distributors/dealers - preferred
