    We are urgently hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our clients' team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality move-in experience for our residents by preparing make-ready apartments, responding to maintenance requests promptly, and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our properties.

    This position requires a strong knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical work, carpentry, painting, and grounds keeping.

    Essential Job Duties:
    Prepare make-ready apartments by performing tasks such as painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs, and housekeeping duties.
    Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
    Maintain knowledge of maintenance functions including plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical work, carpentry, painting, and grounds keeping.
    Keep grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities clean, operational, and safe for residents.
    Be available for on-call scheduling to respond to after-hours emergencies.
    Report maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, and common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
    Perform scheduled maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
    Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal fair housing laws.
    Attend and participate in training programs as required.
    Deliver superior customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
    Adhere to safety procedures and safeguard company tools and equipment.
    Maintain high productivity through reliable and punctual on-site attendance.


    Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent.
    Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
    Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
    Strong communication and customer service skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
