Our client has a critical immediate long-term need for two BAs to join their BASupport COE to handle complex Commercial Property Insurance projects in anAgile environment.

Critical Success Factors

• Strong Sr. BA level experience (8+ years)
• Quick study, able to come up to speed in a complexfast-paced environment
• Very strong communication skills
• Solid Agile experience (client has Scrum Masters andCoaches)
• Ability to create clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

Differentiators

• Prior P&C Insurance experience a plus
• Scrum Master a plus
• Commercial Insurance related software such as Guidewire aBig Plus
