Our client is a publicly traded entertainment company looking to add to their growing Treasury team.This dynamic role is a great opportunity to gain exposure to treasury and work with a collaborative, supportive and fun team.
There is opportunity for growth and advancement.This position is hybrid with 3 days a week in office.
Roles and responsibilities of a
Treasury Analyst
include but are not limited to the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support accounting, accounts payable, ATM, financial planning, internal and external audit and other functions as they relate to treasury transactions and entity structures
Oversee banking activities daily, including reviewing/validating payment files
Update, manage, and analyze the companys cash forecast
Monitoring bank transactions and upload/enter JEs to ERP
Oversee ATM commission and reporting
Facilitate issuance and reporting ATM debit card
Utilize Power BI, Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Salesforce and Banking portals
Compile and analyze financial information to reconcile cash
Develop, monitor and analyze bank fees including credit card and cash management expenses
Prepare treasury management reports as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance, accounting or related field
2+ years of financial experience
Strong communication, prioritization, time management and problem solving ability
