    As an Operational Test and Evaluation Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data collected during operational test and evaluation activities. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to analyze test results, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making and improve system performance. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets will be instrumental in the success of our operational test and evaluation projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and interpret operational test and evaluation data, including test plans, test results, and performance metrics.
    • Design and develop data collection methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure accuracy and consistency in data analysis.
    • Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in test data to identify system strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with test engineers and subject matter experts to develop data analysis plans and ensure data quality.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing test findings, analysis results, and recommendations.
    • Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to effectively communicate insights and findings.
    • Maintain and update databases and repositories of test data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for analysis.
    • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to operational test and evaluation data analysis.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior analysts on data analysis techniques and methodologies.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and provide timely and accurate deliverables.
