    We're on the lookout for a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee one of our Jack in the Box franchise locations.     A Day in the Life of a Restaurant Manager

    As a Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee operations at one of our Jack in the Box locations, ensuring the seamless execution of systems and processes. Your dedication to providing outstanding customer service means addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. By upholding high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and safety, your location maintains a stellar reputation within the community.

    Your responsibilities include recruiting, training, and leading a team that embodies pride in their work and delivers exceptional service. Through effective leadership, you cultivate a positive and safe work environment. By monitoring performance metrics and making informed adjustments, you drive sales and uphold brand standards.

    Qualifications for a Restaurant Manager

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 3 years of experience in managing a service concept with full profit & loss responsibility
    • At least 18 years of age
    • ServSafe certification
    • Proficient in English language
    • Basic math proficiency
    • Computer skills
    • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs. and stand for extended periods
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
    • Flexible work schedule
    • Strong customer service and leadership skills
