Facility is no longer accepting candidates within a 50-mile radius. Do NOT submit candidates with a permanent address within 50 miles of the hospital. ALL RTO requests must be in the packet at the time of submission. Anything sent after, will not be approvedTransplant IMC/Tele- 2 years of IMC and Tele experience. Must have experience previously working in a Hospital with a Transplant Center. Must be familiar with care continuum for transplant patients. Every other weekend and every other holiday. No on call. No set rotation schedule in place. Epic EMR, Navy scrubs. Ratios 1:3-4.
Submission Packet must show # of beds, Trauma Level and EMR on their Work History or they will be dropped.
BLS required, must be in packet at time of submission. ACLS preferred. Must have active MD/Compact license in packet at time of submission, no temp licenses allowed. COVID vaccine required. Medical Declination accepted, Must have signed and authorized documentation from Physician in packet or submission will be dropped. Flu Season begins 10/2/2023. Any candidates starting after 10/2 must have their Flu vaccine or a valid Medical Declination prior to starting.
Flu does not need to be in the packet at time of submission, however if they do not receive it or provide a valid medical declination prior to starting, they will not be able to start.
IVS to Interview and Manager to Offer.***UMMs will not accept professionals that have attended one of these schools identified by the DOJ.
