- Manage corporate accounting team
- Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and forecast with related management reporting and dashboards
- Prepare equity compensation accounting and stock vesting
- Review SEC filings
- Assist with the quarterly close and consolidation
- Assist with corporate transactions and integration
- Write and review technical accounting memoranda
- Provide technical accounting advice to stakeholders
- Assist with and update corporate accounting procedures
- Provide executive level presentations and analysis
- Devise and implement process improvements
- Currently licensed CPA
- Experience with a top tier public accounting firm
- More than fifteen years accounting experience
- Recent public company experience
- Very strong understanding of GAAP
