    Purpose:
    The IT Infrastructure Manager is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and ensuring the seamless operation, reliability, and optimization of all IT infrastructure components. This includes hardware, software, network resources, and services required for the existence, operation, and management of an enterprise IT environment. With a strong focus on operations, the role is dedicated to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes, the management of our IT operations team, and the development of strategies to ensure that our IT infrastructure is robust, efficient, and aligned with the organization's business objectives.

    Essential Functions:
    1. Infrastructure Oversight: Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability. This includes data centers, networks, servers, storage, and associated software.
    2. Operations Management: Lead the IT operations team in the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure, ensuring effective incident management, problem resolution, and service improvement.
    3. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute short and long-term plans to meet the organization's IT infrastructure needs, including capacity planning, budgeting, and technology lifecycle management.
    4. Risk Management and Security: Implement and oversee security measures to protect data and infrastructure from cyber threats, in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
    5. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure that services meet agreed standards and are delivered cost-effectively. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align IT infrastructure capabilities with business needs and projects.
    6. Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for infrastructure optimization and automation. Lead initiatives to deploy new technologies and processes that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
    7. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the IT operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    •10+ years in a large corporate environment and experience with Networks, Windows/Unix/Linux Server environments and Security.

    •5+ years of data center management experience with strong project management skills

    •3+ years as a manager

    Skills/Knowledge
    • In depth ITIL Knowledge
    • A probing and analytical approach with the ability to pre-empt potential problems and identify inefficiencies.
    • A strong customer orientated approach with a delivery bias
    • Ability to prioritize and allocate resource/effort appropriately.
    • Experience of working with 3rd party service providers
    • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Unix/Linux Server, AD, MS Exchange, Networking technologies.
    • Good understanding of IT security and data protection
    • Good understanding of Cloud and mobile technology
    • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate across a broad spectrum of users.

    Salary Range: $93,000 to $143,600/yr. (D.O.E.).
