Join our team at VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER as an owner-operator of Reefer Cargo Vans and Box trucks. We operate under independent contractor agreements, offering competitive rates and room for negotiation with our experienced dispatchers.
Competitive Rates:

Sprinter Reefers (Long Miles, Good Areas): $1.25 - $1.65 per mile
Sprinter Reefers (Long Miles, Challenging Areas): $1.00 - $1.30 per mile
Canada – Sprinter Reefers: $1.55 - $2.05 per mile
ft Box Trucks Reefers (Long Miles, All Areas): $1.60 - $2.00 per mile
Canada ft Box Trucks: $2.00 - $2.60 per mile

Requirements:
Basic Requirements:

Ownership of a Sprinter Reefer or Box Truck Reefer
Legal residency status (US citizen, resident, green card, or work authorization holder)
Minimum age requirement of 21 for both operator and drivers
Proficiency in basic English; Russian speakers are also welcome
All drivers must be registered and approved by VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER
Please note, that we exclusively engage independent contractors and do not hire company drivers.

Vehicle Requirements:

Sprinter Vans should be food-grade and manufactured no earlier than 2016
ft Box Trucks should be food grade and manufactured no earlier than 2014
All vehicles must be equipped with a minimum of 4 straps and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Removal of all external decals
Prior notification to VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER for any modifications to vehicles, along with updated registration and insurance documentation
Minimum of 6 months driving experience

Compensation:Potential for a minimum average monthly salary of $10,000 or more, dependent on factors such as vehicle type, commitment to work, payload capacity, possession of Hazmat certification, TSA/TWIC cards, and timely communication.
