    1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6AM - 3PM; Friday, 6AM - 10AM

    Essential Functions:

    • Advanced programming and ability to troubleshoot
    • Advanced understanding of setting up machines
    • Ability to train staff in swiss operations
    • Changing broken/dull tools
    • Making offset adjustments
    • Star Swiss experience a plus
    • Using micrometers, calipers, comparator etc.
    • Reading blueprints and GD&T

    Competency:

    • Must be able to read complex level blueprints features
    • Must be able to use micrometers, dial calipers, and comparators
    • Basic math, calculation, and related skills needed
    • Understanding of labeling, coding, and accuracy in records very important
    • Ability to comply with Quality System requirements
    • Must be respectful and display a positive attitude

    Educational Requirements:

    • HS Diploma or GED preferred
