    Job Description


    As a member of the marketing organization, research and analyze the markets and competition to identify business opportunities for Oracle, the world's largest enterprise software company.

    As a key contributor to the worldwide marketing team, your research will help to drive delivery of Oracle's message to the marketplace, contributing to effectiveness and business results.

    Initiate research and analysis of current and future markets, products and services identifying business opportunities that support the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control.

    Meet business targets and best practice solutions through the use of professional concepts, company policies/procedure and creativity. Disseminate key corporate information to the geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Act as a liaison with managing directors to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans.

    Assist management with directing marketing resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the geography.

    Ensure consistency between global directions and single-geography implementation choices. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a geographical basis as needed. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. May telecommute

    Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics or related field

    US:

    Hiring Range:
    from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

    For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

    Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
