- Ensure the Maintenance team is completing resident work orders and make-readies in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement preventive maintenance procedures and identify/communicate deferred maintenance to the Property Manager.
- Must have the ability to be on call (in team rotation).
- A minimum of 2 year(s) supervisory experience in the multifamily industry as a Supervisor is preferred.
- A Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
