- Coordinate and facilitate code deployments and configuration adjustments to the HIE environments.
- Work with the Development Team to ensure application requirements are understood and translated to support and operations teams.
- Review aspects of the HIE environments by analyzing requirements and ensuring that systems will offer security, availability and will be effectively integrated with current applications.
- Assess capacity and performance metrics, implement improvement.
- Focus on incident and problem management, coordinating resolution of service disruptions.
- Provide training and guidance related to emerging technologies within interoperability technologies.
- Communicate and present eloquently with the appropriate audience perspective in mind.
- Work with Systems Administrators to properly tune and design OS releases to meet application requirements.
- Review new and existing operational projects, system designs and plans while conducting research on emerging technologies to support changes in infrastructures.
- Consult with the Technical Leads of various project initiatives to identify integration requirements and priorities, oversee and ensure quality and operational standards.

HealthShare Operations Engineer
Location – 100% remote (needs to be able to work Mountain Time hours – 8 am – 5:00 pm MT )
On Call Rotation – Once every 4 weeks (24X7 Friday and Saturday and then some hours during the weekdays, but minimal)
Contract Duration – 6-7 months
