We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Data Scientist with a primary focus on designing data science solutions and seamlessly translating business requirements into technical solutions.

In this critical role, you will bridge the gap between complex business needs and actionable technical tasks, ensuring the successful execution of data-driven initiatives.

How Will You Make an Impact?

Solution Design:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect data science solutions that align with business objectives and data-driven strategies. Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of ML and LLM models in alignment with product objectives.

Requirements Translation:
Transform business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions, maintaining clarity and feasibility throughout the process. Leverage cloud platforms and tools for seamless data integration, model training, and large-scale analysis.

Technical Requirement Documentation:
Create detailed technical requirement documents, providing clear instructions and guidelines for the development and implementation teams.

Strategic Insight:

Leverage cloud platforms and tools for seamless data integration, model training, and large-scale analysis while demonstrating expertise in exploring data, crafting features, and validating models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Utilize your deep understanding of data science methodologies to provide strategic insights, guiding decision-making processes.

Collaboration:
Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless implementation of solutions.

Mentorship:
Mentor and support junior data scientists and analysts.

What Do You Bring to Us?

A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline is required.

A master's or Ph.
D. is preferred but not mandatory.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) roles, including designing, developing, and deploying data-driven solutions.

Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and NLP techniques. Demonstrated experience with developing and implementing ML,NLP and LLM models.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R for data manipulation, model development, and automation.

Strong experience in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and querying of relational databases, ensuring the ability to work with structured data effectively.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for data integration, model training, and deployment.

Proficiency in designing and developing APIs to seamlessly integrate AI and machine learning models into other applications, allowing for real-time data-driven decision support and automation.

Strong skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data wrangling to extract meaningful insights from raw data.
Ability to create clear and comprehensive technical requirement documents to guide development teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

A master's or Ph.
D. in a related field is preferred and demonstrates a higher level of expertise.

Demonstrated ability to take ownership of data science projects, leading them from inception to completion, while working collaboratively within a team environment.

A record of publications or research in data science, machine learning, or NLP- related fields is a plus.
Knowledge or experience in the marketing/lead generation is advantageous.
Experience in deploying machine learning models into production environments, including containerization and orchestration.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate findings effectively.

The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $180,000.

Pay offered may vary within the posted range based on a number of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
